1. What is the material of Candelula product?
Candelula Hijabs are made of Premium Voal which are light and comfortable to use both indoors/outdoors and also upright on the forehead.
2. Does Candelula have an offline store?
We currently sell all of our products online.
3. Why can't I place an order/checkout?
This can happen because there are several accounts processing products simultaneously, resulting in a failure in the order/checkout. You can refresh the menu or log back in and repeat the order stage again.
4. When will my product be shipped?
Products that have been confirmed will be processed on the same day, no later than 17:00 PM. If the order exceeds these hours it will be shipped the next working day.
5. How long will it take for my product to be received?
Estimated time to arrive varies, depending on the distance to the destination of the package and the choice of expedition. JABODETABEK 1-2 Days, Java Island 1-3 Days and Outside Java 2-5 Days (does not rule out faster or longer).
6. What if I want to return a product?
